LUCY SARTOR
a bit about me:
I'm Lucy Sartor, a recent grad from Tulane University with degrees in Digital Media Production, English Creative Writing, and Theatre Performance. I want a long and beautiful and impactful career in entertainment.
My love for storytelling blossomed in kindergarten when I began writing my own epic tales: casting myself in the lead role and directing my friends and family in Jo-March-esque plays in the living rooms of loved ones.
My never-ending passion for telling stories and creating in a collaborative environment has grown fiercely since then, shaping who I am as a leader and team member. At Tulane, I write, direct, and perform in various collaborative student film and theatre pieces. Notably, alongside fellow Tulane theatre students, teachers, and community members, I wrote and performed in ROLEPLAY: a sold-out devised theatre project which raised awareness for several toxic facets of Tulane’s culture including sexual assault, racism, homophobia, and mental health, which premiered as a documentary at SXSW 2024.
For this involvement on campus and more, I was selected 2021 Homecoming Royalty and was awarded the Tulane Leadership Medallion upon graduation.
From there, I worked at Creative Artists Agency for two years in the Television and Comedy Touring Departments, and am now transitioning into a director/writer's assistant role.
It is this caliber of meaningful, impactful, and FUN creative work that fuels my passion for entertainment.

Love, Lucy 💓
